Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or tampering with anti-tamper screws or removing the fittings is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Assembly recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still advisable to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in cases of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and registration plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
