Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without lights and plates, or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas due to transforming it into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty. From the purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
